All rooming, housekeeping, meals, soft drinks and beer is included in your stay at the ranch. Hard alcohol is to be purchased by individuals. At the end of your stay you are responsible for splitting the cost of food amongst the amount of people there.
It is mandatory that all hunters have a Texas nonresident hunting license. Included is all game care and delivery to the taxidermist. You are responsible for making arrangements and payments with the taxidermist yourself. All predator’s such as fox, bobcats, coyotes and hogs are free of charge.
All fishing in pond is free but it is strictly catch and release. Texas whitetail hunting can only take place through the MLD season which is the first Saturday in October till the last Saturday in February. All exotic hunts can take place year round.
